·         Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Events Managers (2), Public Relations Manager, IT & Media Officer, General Executive (Synapse Officer)
·         Nomination Instructions: Individuals present at the meeting may nominate themselves for the position, and give a short speech as to why they should be elected. The person who receives the most votes from COMA members present will be elected to that position.
