ASOC Annual General Meeting

It’s that time of the year again… THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IS COMING!!! 😎😎 This year ASOC will be holding the meeting on 21st May (7pm start) at ABS Lecture Theatre 1060. During this in-person and online meeting, we will be discussing some changes to the society constitution and nominating new executives for the upcoming terms.

Nominations for leadership positions will need to be sent to and acknowledged by ✨the secretary ✨, closing on 20th May 11:59pm. Nominees must hold valid membership within ASOC and can self-nominate for no more than 2 different positions. Each nominee will be required to present themselves, whether online or in-person, at the AGM with a little speech on why they would be best suited for the nominated position.
