The following amendments to the constitution are proposed:

The addition of a Director of Social Media position under 4.1

The role will have the following duties:

i)Manage the USyd runclub Instagram and Facebook accounts by responding to private messages, uploading posts, reels, stories and announcements to keep members updated on past and upcoming events.

ii) Take photos and videos of events in collaboration with relevant committee members.

iii) Create and share engaging content to boost the club’s social media presence and reach in collaboration with relevant committee members.

6. ELECTIONS

Appointment of Returning Officer

Nominations will be considered and voted on for the following positions:

i) A President

ii) Up to and including two (2) Vice President(s)

iii) A Secretary

iv) A Treasurer

v) A Director of Races

vi) A Director of Communications

vii) A Director of Pacing

viii) A Director of Merchandise

ix) A Director of Events

x) A Director of Social Media

xi) Up to and including four (4) General Executive Member(s).

Nominations will be taken from the floor.
